Sinopse

This open class takes place alongside Joana Providência’s performance Atlas, mapeamento poético . It is a journey with a defined route, yet one that is open to stops, detours and unpredictable encounters. The topography is made up of books, images, music and videos, centred around ideas such as atlases, ‘in a flowerbed, the whole world’, the power of art, poetry and imagination, and the possibility of seeing anew. On this journey, we value expression and listening, as well as diverse perspectives and forms of knowledge. We practise parallax, striving not to forget that the world is made up of many worlds and that ‘our point of view breeds errors’. — Magda Henriques
